Acne & breakouts

Mild acne assessment, prescription options when appropriate, skincare routine support, and follow-up.

Eczema & itchy rash

Assessment for mild-to-moderate eczema, dermatitis, irritation, and flare support.

Fungal skin infections

Athlete’s foot, ringworm-type and jock-itch-type concerns, and antifungal treatment guidance.

Hives & insect bites

Itchy skin, hives, insect bites, allergic-type skin reactions, and red-flag screening.

Cold sores & shingles

Assessment and treatment options when appropriate, plus counselling on timing and symptom management.

Impetigo & skin infection

Assessment for eligible minor skin infections, and referral when infection appears more serious.

When we refer

Some skin concerns need medical or dermatology care.

We refer when a concern is severe, widespread, unusual, painful, recurring, treatment-resistant, involves sensitive areas, may need lab testing or a procedure, or could be something more serious.

Working together

We work alongside dermatology — not instead of it.

Many everyday skin concerns can start with a pharmacist. When a concern needs a dermatologist or another provider, we help you understand the next step and share what has already been tried.

We do not charge referral fees or restrict where prescriptions are filled. Our role is to help you get the right care and support your treatment plan.
